Visa taps Grey for $30 mil assignment

[london] Visa International tapped Grey Global Group for its estimated $30 million business in Central and Eastern Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Grey pitched against Omnicom Group's BBDO Worldwide, Visa's U.S. agency; Publicis Groupe's Saatchi & Saatchi, the incumbent for most of Europe; and Interpublic Group of Cos.' Lowe & Partners Worldwide. The Grey Worldwide network and direct-marketing shop G2 will work together on the business, which was previously handled by different agencies.
