Every weekday we bring you the Ad Age/iSpot Hot Spots, new TV commercials tracked by iSpot.tv, the real-time TV ad measurement company with attention and conversion analytics from more than eight million smart TVs. The ads here ran on national TV for the first time yesterday.
A few highlights: Apple serves up another in a series of ads for its newest iPhones; this one hypes the "insanely powerful A12 Bionic chip" of the iPhone XR. Meanwhile, two other tech giants suggest you use their products to get closer to your loved ones: Samsung says "If you can't be together, be together with Galaxy" and Facebook once again says "If you can't be there, feel there" in the latest ad for its Portal video-chat device.
