Where she's from: Lipari's current stint is her second tour of duty at Jive. Sandwiched in between was her foray into independent music marketing consulting with clients such as Warner Bros., Elektra and Dreamworks. Prior to that, she was director-product management for Jive. Lipari originally cut her teeth in her native Australia in talent booking and public relations.

What she's done: McDonald's Summer Music Event 2000 leveraged the participation of Jive recording artists N'Sync and Britney Spears at the peak of their popularity and success, including a TV ad campaign by McDonald's celebrating the success of these artists. Also orchestrated General Mills' tie-in to Nickelodeon's 2003 Kids Choice Awards free music CD program. What's next: Recording a song with Aaron and Nick Carter specifically for Hasbro's new Twister Moves game. The song will be used as a CD premium with the launch of the game and it will be featured in Hasbro's TV launch ad campaign while also showing up as a possible single for Aaron Carter's new record.
