Men, Are You Shell-Shocked by Sexual Misconduct News? 'SNL' Women Say 'Welcome to Hell'

A group of "Saturday Night Live" cast members plus guest host Saoirse Ronan take on all the relentless recent news about awful men with histories of sexual misconduct in this video that aired as part of the weekend's episode. The darkly comic music video, titled "Welcome to Hell," opens with a spoken-word intro kicked off by Cecily Strong, who says, "Hey there, boys. We know the last couple months have been frickin' insane," followed by Aidy Bryant adding, "All these big, cool, powerful guys are turning out to be, what's the word? Habitual predators?" and Kate McKinnon chiming in with "Cat's out of the bag, women get harassed all the time!"

"And," says Bryant, "it's, like, dang, is this the world now?" Followed by Ronan: "But here's a little secret that every girl knows ..."

Cue Strong: "Oh, this been the damn world!"—which sets up the "Welcome to Hell" song, a sort of weary anthem for women who are not exactly surprised by all the recent headlines.

By the way, don't call them a "girl group," because, as Bryant explains, "We just travel in a pack for safety."
