CHICAGO-Publishing companies in Peru and the Dominican Republic are the most recent to enter into licensing agreements with Advertising Age.

Mercadeo Latino S.A., Lima, will have exclusive rights to Ad Age editorial material in Peru, Bolivia and Ecuador. Moland Ediciones Integradas de Comunicacion S.A., Santo Domingo, will have rights in the Dominican Republic. Both contracts begin Nov. 1.

Spanish translations of stories will appear in Marketing Latino, one of six business and marketing publications published by Mercadeo Latino. is about 3 years old with a circulation of 5,000.

Moland Ediciones Integradas de Comunicacion S.A. publishes monthly Mercado in Santo Domingo. The 2-year-old publication, covering marketing and advertising, has a circulation of 5,000.
