Group SEB, Paris, assigned its T-FAL cookware line to Publicis from Ammirati Puris Lintas; Publicis/Bloom, New York, will handle the estimated $35 million to $45 million U.S. portion of the account.

Heublein Wines Group, San Mateo, Calif., to J. Walter Thompson USA from Hoffman/Lewis, both San Francisco, for an $8 million account including the Glen Ellen, Beaulieu Vineyard, Blossom Hill and M.G. Vallejo brands.

Caterpillar Footwear Group, a unit of Wolverine World Wide, Rockford, Mich., to Bozell Worldwide, New York, for Caterpillar (CAT) boots; N.W. Ayer & Partners handled previously. Spending was not disclosed.

Eastman Chemical Co., Kingsport, Tenn., to Tombras Group, Knoxville, from Tombras; Landey & Partners, Grounds Morris, N.Y.; Adler Boschetto Peebles & Partners, New York; and Bryan Donald, Kansas City.

PeopleSoft, Pleasanton, Calif., narrowed its estimated $5 million software account review to Saatchi & Saatchi Advertising and Y&R Advertising, both San Francisco, and W.B. Doner & Co., Baltimore.
