Tri-Vision International, Toronto, named McGee, Best, Frank & Ingram, Nashville, Tenn., to handle a $5 million account promoting V-chip technology. Tri-Vision in May will launch V-chip devices for $79 to $129 as an add-on to existing TV sets, allowing consumers to use the V-chip technology to control what programs are watched in a household.

Sunglass Hut International, Coral Gables, Fla., assigned its $10 million retail account to HMS Partners from Crispin Porter & Bogusky, both Miami.

Nabisco Foods to North Castle Partners, Stamford, Conn., to handle its Cornuts account, Spending was undisclosed. Cornuts had no previous agency.
