Progress Software, Bedford, Mass., awarded its estimated $3 million to $5 million account to Harpell/Martins, Maynard, Mass. The other finalists were Bozell Worldwide, Mountain View, Calif. and Euro RSCG DSW Partners, Salt Lake City. Pile & Co., Boston, handled the review.

AirTouch Cellular as expected said it has chosen MediaCom, the media buying unit of Grey Advertising, as its national media buyer, replacing six agencies currently responsible for the task.
