Bay Networks, Santa Clara, Calif., computer hardware marketer, is reviewing agencies for its estimated $5 million account after parting with Euro RSCG Dahlin Smith White, Salt Lake City.

Philadelphia Gas Works named the Weightman Group, Philadelphia, as its first agency of record.

Bombardier, Canadian aircraft maker based in Downsview, Ontario, named three finalists in the review for its $20 million account: incumbent agencies J. Walter Thompson USA, Chicago, in conjunction with Team Action, Montreal, which currently handles the corporate account; the Richards Group, Dallas, which serves Bombardier's Learjet division; and Montreal-based Marketel, a McCann-Erickson shop that handles project work.

Paddington Corp., Fort Lee, N.J., has consolidated its U.S. media with Lowe & Partners/SMS, New York, moving several media accounts from Mullen, Wenham, Mass. Paddington has also moved the creative assignment for its Amaretto Di Saronno brand from Mullen to Grace & Rothschild, New York. Mullen will continue to do creative work on several Paddington brands, including J&B scotch and Campari.

Seagram Beverage Co., New York, has assigned the launch of Devil Mountain microbrewed beers to Gearon Hoffman, Boston, which formerly handled Boston Beer Co.'s Samuel Adams brand.

Greater Philadelphia Tourism Marketing Corp., has named semifinalists for its $2 million ad account to promote tourism: Elkman Advertising, Bala-Cynwyd, Pa.; Harmelin & Associates, Bala-Cynwyd and SFGT, Philadelphia, teaming in the pitch; Tierney & Partners, Philadelphia; EPB, Philadelphia; Devon Direct Marketing & Advertising, Berwyn, Pa; Weightman Group, Philadelphia; McAdams Richman & Ong, Bala-Cynwyd; and Letven Diccicco & Battista, Horsham, Pa.
