Acura sponsors's book site and backs literary promotion

Online publication has signed an exclusive ad agreement with the Acura Division of American Honda Motor Corp., making Acura the exclusive luxury automotive sponsor of Salon's book site ( Acura will be featured on the network through contextual ads placed through the sites. The campaign broke today and will run through Feb. 29, 2000. In addition, Acura will sponsor a book review contest where readers can submit a review of a current best seller. The prize package includes posting of the winning selection on the site and a trip to San Francisco.
