[new york] Ad Age Group VP-Publisher Edward R. Erhardt announced a new management structure that positions the group for future growth.

David Klein, editor of the Ad Age Group, was promoted to associate publisher/editor. Scott Donaton, executive editor of Advertising Age, will continue to report to Mr. Klein, as will all Ad Age Group editorial operations.

Jill Manee was promoted from director of advertising sales for the group to associate publisher/advertising director. All sales operations will report to Ms. Manee.

The Ad Age Group includes Advertising Age, Advertising Age International, Ad Age's Creativity, Business Marketing and various electronic products.

Named to the new posts of managing directors for their respective titles are: John Brice, from publisher, Creativity; William K. Furlong, from associate publisher, Business Marketing; and Deborah Malone, from associate publisher, Ad Age International. All will report to Ms. Manee.

"Over the past 18 months, our business has improved significantly," Mr. Erhardt said. "These changes recognize the efforts of our senior management team and reflect their increased responsibilities."
