Sears Holdings Corp.last month posted a net loss and weak sales in its first report since Kmart and Sears merged, but so what? The stock, unlike the stores, has been a sizzling performer, climbing 50% since the deal was announced. The company is opening its first rebranded combo stores, former Kmart locations reformatted as Sears Essentials. Sears' ad circulars firm, Ambrosi, is taking over Kmart's circulars; Grey, Kmart's agency firm, is vying for Sears' Lands' End account.
