Internet search engine Lycos Inc. to Bozell Worldwide, New York, for its $10 million account, previously at Mullen, Wenham, Mass.

Memtek Products, Santa Fe Springs, Calif., to DDB Needham, Los Angeles, for its estimated $5 million-plus account for Memorex tapes and audio visual products. The account had been dormant for two years.

British Knights footwear to Avrett, Free & Ginsberg, New York, for its $5 million account, covering 30 countries, previously at Deutsch, New York.

Levi Strauss & Co., San Francisco, to Sosa, Bromley, Aguilar, Noble & Associates, San Antonio, from Mendoza Dillon y Asociados, Newport Beach, Calif., as agency of record for its U.S. Hispanic advertising account, after a review. The Bravo Group, New York, was a finalist. Account size, once put at less than $5 million, is under review.

BellSouth Corp., Atlanta, to TransAmerica Media Group, Miami, for its consolidated Hispanic and Latin American media buying account; spending was estimated at nearly $10 million. Previous agencies: IAC Advertising, Miami, for BellSouth Advertising & Publishing Group; Sanchez & Levitan, Miami, for consumer advertising; and del Rivero Messianu, Miami, for business-to-business marketing. All remain as Bell South shops handling strategic, creative and planning for those accounts.

Transamerica Financial Services, Los Angeles, to Ogilvy & Mather Direct, Los Angeles, for its direct marketing account. Billings undisclosed.

My Bread Baking Co., New Bedford, Mass., bakers and distributors of Sunbeam bread products in New England, to Baldwin & Stone, Cambridge, Mass., formerly named Harcomm Associates, as first agency.
