partners with DirectTV

Interactive services agency, New York, announced Jan. 23 that it will work with DirecTV, the satellite TV provider, to develop new video commerce and online services initiatives for DirecTV's nearly 10 million subscribers. Agency also will beef up DirecTV's Web site, offering new online functions such as access to account information, bill payment, service orders and programming upgrades. The Web site relaunch is set for late summer. Agency, which extends its relationship with DirecTV, already has put DirectTV's order processing functions online.
