Anti-drug effort gets new media buyers, planners

In a switch affecting the White House Office of National Drug Control Policy's ad campaign, WPP Group's Ogilvy & Mather, New York, said it has chosen Chisholm-Mingo Group, New York, to handle African-American media buying and planning; Bromley, Aguilar & Associates, San Antonio for Hispanic; and Admerasia, New York, to handle Asian for this year's ads. Creative for the anti-drug ads comes from the Partnership for a Drug Free America.
