Arnold Ingalls Moranville will be renamed Arnold Worldwide, San Francisco. A new management team also is being sent out from Boston to head up the office.
Jim McGinn has been named president of the renamed shop, and Stuart Cooperrider becomes creative director. The pair worked on the Martin Luther King Jr. "I Have a Dream" campaign for Alcatel.
Clients at the agency, which has 45 employees, include Inktomi, NextCard, Qualcomm, Crystal Geyser, Logitech, Qwest and Forest Glen Winery.
Rob Ingalls was vice chairman and executive creative director and David Mornaville was senior vice president and group creative director of Saatchi & Saatchi's San Francisco office, working on the Hewlett-Packard account before the two opened their own shop in 1996.
The agency later became a subsidiary of Davis/Elen Advertising, Los Angeles, before being acquired by Arnold in 1999.
Neither Mr. Ingalls nor Mr. Moranville returned phone calls by press time.
Messrs. Ingalls and Moranville are expected to announce a new venture, an Arnold spokeswoman said.
