Interactive marketing expert Lynn Bolger is departing TN Technologies for Softbank Interactive Marketing's Media Sales Group. Ms. Bolger, 42, a three-year veteran of TN and Foote, Cone, & Belding, will start July 22 as director of market development and strategy, overseeing a program to convince more mass-market advertisers to advertise on the Web.
