In "Dinner Date," the guy can spend his time impressing his date rather than fiddling with the music by creating his own compilations with Philips' CD Mini-System with integrated Audio CD-Recorder. The campaign by Messner Vetere Berger McNamee Schmetterer/Euro RSCG, New York, is part of a $100 million effort and includes spots for Philips' Digital Widescreen TV, chic Somba 13-inch TV and Personal TV Recorder with TiVo service.
