Breaking: Ford Division

Ford Motor Co.'s Ford Division breaks a two-month Spanish-language "Tribute" campaign in People en Espanol's February issue. The advertorial series, titled "Celebra el Espiritu de Superacion de Nues-tra Gente" (Celebrate the Spirit of Achieve-ment of our People"), honors a different person each issue beginning with author Esmeralda Santiago. One of the campaign goals is to develop a series of local heroes and build events and promotions around the program. Zubi Advertising, Coral Gables, Fla., handles the effort.
