With the launch of its new Milk-E vitamin E and biotin enriched milk product, Parmalat USA enters the world of skincare. TV and print ads break in Atlanta and New York Oct. 10 touting the first beauty-positioned beverage much like a new skin cream, even going so far as to call it Skin Milk.
