Sara Lee Corp., Chicago, plans to sell some of its businesses, including Champion apparel and Coach leather products. Incoming CEO Steve McMillan announced the restructuring, which is meant to focus on a smaller number of global brands.

H. Barry Levine, 53, to vice chairman, a new post at Doner, Southfield, Mich., while remaining chief financial officer.

Mark Perry, 42, to director of research and brand management, a new post at Nissan North America, Gardena, Calif., from corporate manager of category marketing on Nissan Division car lines. In his new position, Mr. Perry will manage the Nissan and Infiniti brands in North America.

John Englehart, 38, to exec VP-worldwide client services, a new post at Lowe Lintas & Partners Worldwide. Mr. Englehart joined Lowe as general manager for Europe in 1997 and most recently has been working on the merger of Lowe and Ammirati Puris Lintas. In the new post, he will have responsibility for developing, marketing and delivering network services, and will move to New York from London.

University of Michigan's M-Care healthcare organization, Ann Arbor, to TraverRohrback, Kalamazoo, from Solomon Friedman, Bloomfield Hills, for its estimated $2 million account.
