Quaker Oats Co.'s Quaker Instant Oatmeal will give 10,000 kids "Mighty Morphin Power Rangers" hand-held videogames from Tiger Electronics. The instant-win promotion starts Nov. 1, and is backed by a TV spot from Jordan, McGrath, Case & Taylor, New York, plus in-store support. The effort was coordinated in-house.

Keebler Co. will sweeten the holidays with a tie-in to Twentieth Century Fox Film Corp.'s "Miracle on 34th Street." The in-store promotion will let consumers buy a $9.95 bear derived from the film by mailing in two Keebler proofs-of-purchase. On-pack and point-of-purchase materials support, plus a national free standing insert and a magazine campaign. Ebel Dunnell Merrick, Chicago, coordinated the promotion; Leo Burnett USA is Keebler's ad agency.
