Budget Rent-A-Car Co., Lisle, Ill., will break a new 30-second TV spot with the company's tagline, "All the difference in the world,"tonight during the Blockbuster Entertainment Awards on UPN. The ad, created by Tracy-Locke Advertising, Dallas, will focus on Budget's services, brand awareness and customer satisfaction. The company is spending nearly $10 million on media, including cable and network television, on the new campaign.
