Cadillac names Rosenblum

General Motors' Cadillac Motor Car Division ended its outside search for an advertising director by naming Steven Rosenblum, effective Aug. 26. He replaces Peter Levin, shifted in May to the new post of strategic market planning director. Mr. Rosenblum most recently was at Grey Advertising, Los Angeles, as senior VP heading Pan-American and international advertising. He's also been at Bayer Bess Vanderwarker, Chicago, and Interpublic Group, New York.
