Carlson, Interelate to form alliance

Carlson Marketing Group, a Minneapolis marketing-services agency, is forming an alliance with Interelate, Eden Prairie, Minn., a provider of Web-based customer-relationship management solutions, in an effort to strengthen their CRM offerings. Carlson will leverage its 60-year-long experience in marketing services against Interelate's data-analysis capabilities to help clients increase their return on investment by using data to drive targeted marketing programs. The alliance is planning a pilot program for British Airways and offering new services to other clients.
