Cisco Systems, Santa Clara, Calif., confirmed finalists in an estimated $25 million direct and interactive agency review. They are: Kirshenbaum Bond & Partners West, Modem Media and Lot21, all San Francisco. A company spokeswoman said the Internet networking giant could wind up selecting one or two agencies to join Miller/Huber, San Francisco, the incumbent, in implementing direct and interactive responsibilities. Brotherton Consulting Group, San Rafael, Calif., is handling the review. A decision is expected within the next two months.
