Derek Moore has reason to celebrate. The senior VP-executive creative director at FCB Direct, Chicago, and his staff dominated the recent Chicago Association of Direct Marketing's Tempo awards with 25 honors, more than any other agency. The winning campaigns included work for clients such as Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Florida and Deere & Co., and were created by FCB Direct and CM Partners, which FCB acquired in January. The melding of FCB Direct and CM Partners "creates one of the most powerful direct marketing creative and strategic groups," Mr. Moore says.
