ST. LOUIS-Trans World Airlines is rounding out its new marketing team with two more players.
Jim Lalos has been named to the new post of staff VP-marketing programs. He had been VP-marketing and customer services at Precision Air, Manchester, N.H., the former Northwest Airlink affiliate for the Northeast.
Marie Spadoni, a free-lance writer and an associate editor of Advertising Age during the mid-1980s, becomes director-advertising and sales promotion. She succeeds Joe DiVincenzo, who retired.
They report to Mark Coleman, who was named senior VP-marketing in July.
Also, Don Fleming was named staff VP-corporate communications from corporate communications director. He assumes the duties formerly held by VP-Corporate Communications Jerry Cosley, who left to resume his public relations consultancy in Kansas City, Mo.

NEW YORK-Alan Cohen has been promoted to the new post of exec VP-marketing of NBC.
The move shows the increasing role marketing is playing at NBC, which has only a handful of executives with exec VP titles.
As senior VP-marketing since 1991, Mr. Cohen, 38, oversaw a wide range of initiatives that built new marketing partnerships between NBC and its advertisers, and paved the way for the TV network's migration into new media.
Mr. Cohen is responsible for NBC's forays into online services through America Online, and started several magazine publishing initiatives as well as a wide range of integrated marketing programs. Advertising Age named Mr. Cohen one of its Marketing 100 for his handling of NBC and Kellogg's 1993-94 season fall promotion.

NEW YORK-Michael Sennott, 52, has been named regional director of McCann-Erickson Europe, the agency's largest operating region with 1993 billings of about $2.5 million.
Mr. Sennott had been vice chairman-director of worldwide accounts. He succeeds Max Cusnir, 62, who assumes other geographical responsibilities.
Mr. Sennott's shift to London is part of a management restructuring by McCann Worldwide CEO John Dooner Jr.
