Donald Gould died May 23 in Richmond, Mich.; he was 54. Mr. Gould was exec VP-creative director on General Motors Corp.'s Chevrolet Motor Division account at Campbell-Ewald, Warren, Mich. A 29-year veteran of the agency, Mr. Gould helped develop the "Like a rock"-themed advertising for Chevrolet Trucks.
