Daewoo expected to select agency by mid-August

Daewoo Motor America expects to pick an agency by Aug. 10 for its estimated $20 million campaign for the 2000 model-year launch, a company spokesman said. Daewoo has two finalists, which it would not identify, but said it may use more than one agency. Work will be done on a project basis.
