DaimlerChrysler picks global media chief

DaimlerChrysler moved Ken Laurence to the new post of director-global media from director-international marketing operations. He assumes the media duties previously handled by David Rooney, who moves from director-corporate advertising and media operations to the new post of director-customer relationship management, a global post on the ex-Chrysler brands.
