Disney Interactive taps BK

Disney Interactive is teaming up with Burger King Corp. for its first major promotion, mailing coupons for a free CD-ROM sampler to over four million BK Kids Club members. Children ages two to eight who send in coupons printed on Kids Club storybooks and calendars receive a CD-ROM featuring samples of Pocahontas, Lion King and Winnie The Pooh software. Maxell Corp. of America is also promoting the new Disney software, offering a $20 mail-in rebate on packs of 3.5 inch diskettes. Disney Interactive is developing a Toy Story CD-ROM for release next year.
