McDonald's Corp. in 2000 enters year four of its 10-year marketing pact with Walt Disney Co. with a national ad campaign promoting the Disney Cruise Line.

Also slated are links to Disney's "Dinosaur" movie in May; an unspecified live-action film in July; and the feature "Kingdom of the Sun" for the 2000 winter holidays, according to an internal memo outlining McDonald's media schedule.

Olympics advertising begins in September.

The burger giant's first national, new-product advertising since 1997 is slated for late April, and is expected to tout the chain's new Big Extra burger, according to company observers.

On the menu for Happy Meals are reruns of several hits: Hasbro's Furbys will be back March 24 for a second time, and Teenie Beanie Babies will return June 16 for year four.

McDonald's last week said its recent Furby Happy Meal promotion was its best such program ever, excluding Teenie Beanie Babies.
