DMA study shows more direct marketers Web-wise

About 83% of all direct marketers now have a Web site and 81% plan to increase their investment in new media over the next three years, according to a new study by the Direct Marketing Association. Of those who will increase spending, 86% expect to see revenue increase as a result of new media investment. In creating the Web sites, 44% used both internal and external resources, 38% used only in-house resources and 15% completely outsourced development.
