E*Trade to test ATM ads

E*Trade Group's E*Trade Access unit will test delivery of digital ads in its teller machine network. E*Trade signed an agreement with RBuzz, New York, to install 15-inch flat panel screens attached to its ATMs in order to broadcast ads, beginning with a test group of ATMs in New York City locations. If the test is successful, E*Trade claims its ATM network has the potential to produce three billion annual impressions and could be a significant revenue stream for the company.
