'EuroBusiness' magazine breaks pan-Euro TV campaign

LONDON--EuroBusiness, the new pan-European monthly business magazine, is investing $280,000 in a 10-week ad campaign running on several pan-European TV channels, according to Marketing Director Craig Bethell. The 15 second campaign will run approximately60 times each on CNN International, CNBC Europe and CNBC Sports. TheTV campaign follows on from a print campaign that ran in all European editions of the Financial Times.

The airtime slots were chosen around European news programs in breakfast and early evening schedules in an effort to gain exposure to business leaders.

In the second phase of the campaign in October, prime-time advertising and program sponsorship will appear on EuroNews, BBC World and Deutsche Welle.

EuroBusiness was first launch in 1992 and closed in 1996. It was relaunched in May this year. The magazine claims a recorded circulation figure of more than 100,000.

Creative and media buying for the campaign are handled in-house.
