Europe Online picks an ad agency

Europe Online, mainland Europe's first local language consumer online service provider, named Impact FCA, London, to handle an estimated $9 million launch ad campaign in the U.K. and Luxembourg. Impact FCA, part of the Publicis/FCB group, beat Young & Rubicam and Bates. Europe Online, whose main shareholders are AT&T, Pearson of the U.K. and Burda of Germany, is targeting the consumer market.
