Universal Studios has awarded the $20 million ad account for its theme parks to Foote, Cone & Belding, Los Angeles and New York. Finalists were Saatchi & Saatchi Advertising, Torrance, Calif., and New York; J. Walter Thompson Co., San Francisco and Atlanta; TBWA Chiat/Day, Venice, Calif., and New York; and incumbent Seiniger Kaufman Advertising, Beverly Hills, Calif., which worked with DMB&B, New York. DDB/Needham, Los Angeles, handles media.
