Feedback Direct pitches new customer service portal

Feedback Direct is previewing its site, which allows consumers to submit questions, complaints, compliments and suggestions to thousands of companies through one Web site. The full version of the site, which the company said will enable consumers to actively manage their relationships with the companies with which they do business, will be live by yearend.
