Turner Private Networks has signed a two-year deal to provide Food Court Entertainment with programming for a television network currently operating in food courts in four malls. In addition, Turner will take over ad sales for Food Court. In return, Turner will receive 4.8% of Food Court stock. The programming deal is valued at $6 million. In May, Food Court plans to launch in The Boulevard mall in Las Vegas. Turner is already broadcasting CNN Airport Network and manages the Better Health Network, which delivers preventive healthcare programming to doctors' waiting rooms.
