Forrester study finds Web veterans are likely shoppers

A new study from Forrester Research looks at the differences between longtime and new users of the Internet regarding online behavior and use of traditional media. The study found that Web veterans are more affluent, better educated, younger and more optimistic about technology than newbies. Experienced users are also more likely to purchase products, bank and invest online than new users.
