RUSSELHEIM - General Motors Corp. has moved its $20 million Astra account in Germany to Lowe Hoffmann Schnakenberg, Hamburg, from Saatchi & Saatchi, Frankfurt.

The shift follows last week's surprise appointment of that Saatchi office to the $80 million Audi business by the Volkswagen subsidiary. Saatchi previously worked on the Astra model in Germany for GM-owned Opel on a project basis.
