NextCard banks on graffiti to sell online financial services in a new campaign breaking this week. The $20 million effort, from Arnold Ingalls Moranville, San Francisco, features graffiti such as "Junk mail sucks!" and "Banks are history!" superimposed over traditional financial institutions. Print, outdoor and TV ads are tagged "What's next?" Print will run in consumer, business and tech publications. TV will follow in 2000. NextCard, parent of the NextCard Internet Visa, recently announced a partnership agreement with to issue a co-branded credit card.
