Direct and Interactive Units Under One Management

CHICAGO (AdAge.com) -- Marketing services agency Harte-Hanks, San Antonio, is combining its direct and interactive operations as Harte-Hanks Direct & Interactive.

As a result, the independent agency promoted Frank Harvey to president of the combined unit, from president of the interactive unit. He replaces Wayne Rosenberger, who becomes vice president of business development and marketing services, from president of Harte-Hanks' direct unit.

In addition, Hensley Evans will be president-interactive, from senior vice president of strategy at the interactive unit. She will be based in Lake Katrine, N.Y., home of the interactive unit, and will report to Mr. Harvey.

The direct-side operations are based in Langhorne, Pa.
