Holiday Inn narrowing list for review

Holiday Inn Worldwide expects to create a short list of five agencies in the next two to three weeks for its $30 million account, formerly with Young & Rubicam, New York. A selection is expected in mid-July, said VP-Marketing John Chandler. J. Walter Thompson USA, Saatchi & Saatchi Advertising and BBDO Worldwide are among the 20 shops that have contacted Holiday Inn.
