IHOP Corp. has put the $30 million media account for its International House of Pancakes chain into review, according to executives close to the company. The review includes IHOP's five existing media agencies--TN Media, Los Angeles; Brooks Advertising, Palos Heights, Ill.; Masterminds, Severna Park, Md.; Blue Roof Advertising, Los Angeles; and Tony Walch Media, Cincinnati--as well as outside agencies. Select Resources International, West Hollywood, Calif., is handling the review.
