iMall relaunches with AT&T, AmEx

Internet mall company iMall relaunched its site and changed its focus--it's now calling itself an "Internet destination." Instead of focusing solely on online shopping--iMall has 1,500 merchants--the site will instead provide content and information in a variety of areas, such as careers, travel and entertainment. AT&T will open a WorldNet Service store in the mall, offering access to merchants participating in WorldNet's Market Square area. American Express will create a travel center offering online fares, travel information and travel assistance. iMall hopes that its mall will be the online one-stop-shop for Internet information and commerce.
