I enjoyed the excellent guest essay by Charles D. Pebbler Jr., CEO of Bozell Worldwide, "Industry looks ahead to students" (Advertising Age International, Sept. 18, Page I-12).

Our college requires every student to complete an internship, and we are always seeking opportunities with advertising agencies.

At this point, too few agencies have active internship programs.

I trust the InterAd effort, created by the International Advertising Association, will encourage agencies to embrace internships.
