KFC shifts duties from Y&R to BBDO

Fast-food giant Kentucky Fried Chicken is shifting creative duties on its estimated $175 million account from its longtime agency, WPP Group's Y&R Advertising, to BBDO Worldwide, according to an individual familiar with the situation. Media duties on the account will continue to be handled by Young & Rubicam's The Media Edge.
