Kia plans for national TV ads

Kia Motors America, Irvine, Calif., expects to break its first national TV campaign this summer as it completes its rollout to U.S. markets. The auto marketer expects to double its ad budget this year to about $40 million. Goldberg Moser O'Neill, San Francisco, handles Kia.
